Zion is a beautiful place with awe-inspiring heights and stunning redrock scenery. It is the perfect setting to do Amazing things. You will stay in a beautiful condo with healthy delicious meals prepared for you. There will be a group of like minded individuals who are also the path the greatness. Together you will take the steps necessary for your individual goals and Amazing results.

4:30-6pm Free Time
6pm Dinner and Motivation Class taught by John Harward
10pm Quit time and sleep
SATURDAY 6th
7-8am Light Breakfast with realtionships discussion
8am Boulder Bootcamp
9-10am Free time and shower
10am-4pm:Out for an AMAZING day hiking, rappelling, and overcoming obstacles. Picnic Lunch will be provided while we are out
4-6 Free Time and showering
6pm Dinner and Inner Peace Class
8:15-9:15 sunset yoga and meditation
9:15-10pm Bon fire and fruit roast
10pm quiet and sleep
SUNDAY 7th
6-7am trail run
7-8am Breakfast with emotional stuffing discussion
8am-9am Free time and shower
9am: Out for an AMAZING Mountain Bike ride and picnic lunch
1pm
5pm Free to leave and return home

A workout outfit for each day. You may wear two per day but the condo has a washer and dryer.
Swimsuit. There is a hot tub to soothe those aching muscles
