You do Amazing things just getting to this location. It is truly breathtaking. Activities include; hiking, yoga, motivational seminars, meditation, camping, and much much more. It's a backpacking dream.
We are super excited to have teamed up with Granogi who are the Havasupai, yoga and meditation experts. They will guide us to and around Havasupai, and lead us in some yoga and meditation, and then the "You can do AMAZING Things" program fits right into the hikes, adventures, meals, and discussion time. This will be the most beautiful experience of your life. Your amazing beauty will come out shining in it's full light. You will coquer fears, see yourself for who you truly are and you will do some Amazing things!
Friday:
4am-6am Arrive and check in at Hilltop Parking Lot (trailhead for Supai)
6am-8am: Participants head down the trail (Bring lots of water!)
11am-12pm: Arrive at Supai Village for lunch
12pm-1pm: Visit with Tribal Elder (if available)
2pm-5pm: Set up camp
5pm-7pm: Dinner time and Discussion on Mindset
7pm-10pm: Free time
10pm: Quiet time, lights out
Saturday:
6am-7am: Boulder Bootcamp and Discussion on Breaking through Limitations
7am-8am: Breakfast
8:30am-9am: Get ready to go Hiking!
9am-5pm: HIke down to Mooney Falls and Beaver Falls (Bring lunch, snacks and 2 liters of water with you) We will have some discussion and mindfulness on BEing Our Best Self
5pm-6pm: Arrive back to camp to rest and get ready for dinner
6pm-7pm: Dinner and discussion on Nutrition for Health and Happiness
7:30-9pm Sunset Yoga at Havasu Falls Area
9pm-10pm: Free Time
10pm: Quiet time, lights out!
Sunday:
5:30am-6:45am Boulder Bootcamp and discussion on Emotional Stuffing
7am-8am: Breakfast
8:30am-9am: Get ready to go Hiking!
9am-4pm: Hike up to FIfty Foot Falls, Navajo Falls, Rock Falls, Hidden Falls (maybe) and back to Havasu Falls (Bring lunch, snacks, and 2 liters of water) We will also have some discussion and mindfulness on Motivation and Purpose
10am: For those interested in attending church service in the Supai Village, leave at 9 to arrive for the 10am service)
4pm-6pm: Arrive back to camp to rest up and get ready for dinner
6pm-7pm Dinner and discussion on Self Love
7:30pm-9pm Sunset Yoga at Havasu Falls Area
9pm-10pm: Free time
10pm: Quiet time, Lights out!
Monday:
6am-7am: Wake up and pack up
7am-8am: Breakfast
8am: Begin Hike into Supai Village
9am: Closing Discussionand Gratitudes then Begin Hike out of Supai VIllage to Hilltop parking lot
1pm-3pm: Arrive at Hilltop Parkinglot, load up and head home
