This trip is organized so that most people at any fitness level can have fun and get a workout.  

 

We do fun, active and healthy activities like;

Boulder BootCamp. This is a Hiit style workout where we use big rocks as our exercise equipment. A workout you will never forget!

We will be hiking or trail running on some of Utahs most amazing trails. We will take you to a “secret” swimhole to cool down.  

You will love Mountain Biking on the redrock and red dirt with our Full suspension Mountain Bikes.

Kayaking down the Colorado can be relaxing but we are going to work those arms and “make waves” in the normally smooth waters.

Sunrise against the beautiful redrock buttes will take your breath away, but we will bring it back with Sunrise yoga on the Rocks.  

You will be needing plenty of nutrients to fuel all this physical activity.  We have you covered! Not only will you be fed delicious healthy meals but you will also take a course in how to prepare some healthy meals at home and courses on healthy living and nutrition.

 

 

 

 

 

Things to pack… The list is small because we provide the rest!

A workout outfit for each day.  You may wear two per day but the condo has a washer and dryer.

Swimsuit. There is a hot tub to soothe those aching muscles

Running shoes or two

Water bottle (we give you a GetLivingFit Metal Bottle)

Toiletries

A “can do” attitude ready to have fun!
