-1 min frog jump squat combo
-30/30 sec each plank glute pulse
(repeat 3 times)
-30/30 sec each side single leg squat
-1 min kneeling step back
-30/30 sec each side side elbow plank leg lift
(repeat 3 times)
-40 sec weighted squat/squat jump
-1 min plyo squat
-12 each side oblique/hamstring stretch
(repeat 3 times)
