Todays Workout


This video is from out Halloween workout so I had fun editing it creepy also. But the workout is awesome.  Use  a dumbell or med ball that is between 10-25 pounds.  


Pumpkin Push ups/ uneven push ups

Wood Choppers

Pumpkin/weighted Squat

((repeat the above 3 exercises 3 times)


Toe Touches

Overhead Extension

Squat and Press

Seated Twist

(repeat the above 3 exercises 3 times)
