TODAYS WORKOUT IS SALLY!!!!
I have compiled some youtube videos to show you different ways to do sally. You will love this workout but hate Sally after today.
Do each of the following 6 videos one time.
if you cannot perform the move for the whole video/song. Feel free to shake out and then get right back into it.
For the push ups, you can do it on your knees.
If you still have some energy go run 1 mile. I bet the Sally song is in your head the whole time. :) Then you are done! So simple.
