Do 20 seconds of lunge jumps, then rest 10 seconds. Do 20 seconds of lunge jumps, then rest 10 seconds. 20 seconds of lunge jumps, and rest for 10 seconds... Do that cycle until you have done the push ups 8 times. Or in other words, 4 minutes total of Push ups and rest cycles.
Get a drink than do the same thing with the next exercise on the list.
There are some awesome apps on smart phones that will do all the timing for you. I suggest TabataTimer on android and itunes.
