This is your time! Time to take control of your health and your life. Join us for 6 weeks of Body and Life transformation. We will meet 4 times a week for a great high intensity interval workout that can be done by beginners and yet is still a challenge for advanced athletes. Then we will spend the rest of class working on the mental, emotional and lifestyle aspects that are holding you back. You will overcome fears, let go of angers, and adopt a positive mindset that will launch your health and happiness to levels you never knew you were capable of.
